How good are SU's 120-130

my 2 cents. I have a an old volvo because I like the reliability of this tough old car. Turns out this toughness means I can drive it hard, really hard. Sure I would like more HP but I would soon want more after that so i don't go looking. If I was going to look it would be to fuel injection, just like the rest of the world, that is where performance, fuel economy and reliability now reside (megasuirt seems a good bolt on). For now I stick with SUs, they work well, as mentioned they were a sporty carb in their day, and they will always get you home.
