'93 940 Air Intake Replacement Part Problem 900

Hi All,
Noticed the Volvo was idling a bit rough at startup so consulted the Haynes manual to do some research.
It talked about base idle and the illustration 11.32 showed a hose from the idle air control valve connecting to the air inlet.

My car has a stub for the hose but it's not used and the plastic body is blanked off so that no air can pass through it.

Feeling around under the rubber accordion looking for a missing connection (?) led to a major tear in the rubber, allowing dirty air to enter the intake manifold.

Took the part # from the rubber inlet and ordered a replacement from local Parts International but it's not correct, this is what's listed:
