Let my brick sit for 7 years, need help 200 1980

Ok, so I had a car through my job. Job and car gone. I've got a beautiful 1980 245 DL with 4 speed manual tranny. Love her. 330,000 and was still going strong until I let it sit up for 7 yrs. Put a battery in and tried to start. Turned over but no fuel. Gas tank was full of varnish and tar. Replaced gas tank and fuel pumps(both in tank and in line), fuel accumulator, fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, a couple vacuum lines, and sprayed out the injectors with carb cleaner really well. Still, wouldn't run aside from a few spits and sputters. Took the hoses off of the intake and sprayed carb cleaner all in there and VROOM! She fired up and ran for a second, even revved up, but only for a second. Then it died. Now, it will start and run but it is rough as can be and if I touch the gas pedal, it will die. The idle isn't just your typical rough idle. It runs like it only has one cylinder working or something. Pop pop....put...pop...pop. I can slowly press the gas in and sometimes it will idle up, but just barely and it dies when I try to press further. I was suspecting Fuel delivery problems when I saw that gas tank, but now maybe it is something else. The intake looks impossible to take off and there are more hoses and wires than I care to deal with. Does anyone know what might be the problem and a good solution? I would be forever grateful....
