122 ignition switch 120-130

Thanks will try Monday. First guy tried and failed making a key using a blank, a file and magnifier glasses. Another locksmith says he can pick the lock and likely get it to the on position, but that doesn't get the tumbler pulled because there is nothing to pull. Discussing this issue with Volvo enthusiasts found that the tumbler is different than normal locks making it difficult to make a match duplicate.
I have two people in mind for this task. I have considered drilling the tumbler mech. out to enable me to install a newer one.
