87-240 Sway sizes and possible upgrade to GT Sways 200

Looking to upgrade my sway's and I can't seem to find the right specs. I currently have a 87 240 n/a. Sway bar sizes seem to have changed throughout the years, but my best guess is that my sways are 19mm in the front and 17 in the rear.

I do know that the 240's got 21mm in the front as some point, but I don't know when.

Also I have a chance to get a set of sways from a GT (not sure which year), but even those seem to have changed sizes from 79 (23/21mm)-80(21/23mm).

I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my money buying a set of GT sways, especially if the front bar is the same size as what I already have.
