Tasca Engine Mounts OEM? 700 1992

I'm trying to buy new motor mounts for my 1992 740, and I think I'm making it harder than the actual replacement. I've found Febi and Corteco (I've seen both claimed as OEM) for around $70 each. I went on Tasca's "only OEM" site and the mounts they list are $20.41 each. Thats around what other sites are charging for URO mounts. I want to buy OEM mounts, but don't want to get screwed either. Does anyone know whats going on? The only OEM mounts I could find were on IPD for $108 a piece. Is that my only option to get something of known quality?
