Re: 87 245 auto - ball joint stuck bolt by the swing arm 200 1987

Hi all,

I am in the process of replacing my struts, everything is going well except I decide to remove the ball joint in last minutes. The strut assembly didn't drop low enough to clear the fender. One of the ball joint nut/bolt is stripped. It keep spinning, can't remove or tighten back in. I must have stress it while the the car was off the ground??? Anyway, I need to remove this nut in order to complete the job. Everything is out without any problems except nut... There are three, it's the one of two that are close to the wheel. Should I drill it out? What should I do? Need your help.

It's sunny day in MD, windy but It's smooth sailing so far. I read and studied and prepared for about year. :)

Thank you as always.
