Volvo 780 No Start, 700 1987

Picked up a 780 with a 2.8 L B280F V6. Drove the car home and around town for a few days and went out to start it Saturday and it will not start. Checked for spark, good, direct wired the fuel pump and could hear them both and still no start. Tried using starter fluid still not a burp.

What am I missing?
