Oil Trap Exit Hose replacement 900 1994

I'm need to know how to replace the Oil Trap Exit Hose on a 94 945. I'm already replacing the rest of the vent system and the oil pan gasket. I've already replaced the timing belt, drive belts, gaskets, hoses, etc. Just bought the car for my daughter and am catching up on the "deferred" maintenance.
