Anyone having problems with FCP Groton? 200 1990

I am feeling let down by FCP and wondered if it was just me. Earlier in the year I wanted to order a bunch of parts and with their new website couldn't find the crank pulley holder tool for changing the timing belt. I called them and their customer service rep said they didn't carry them any longer. Not wanting to pay for two part shipping charges to get all the items from two stores, I ordered (for the first time) from IPD. A week or so later when surfing FCP's site for tools, I found the holder tool labelled 'counterholder'. It is symptomatic of how really bad the new site is laid out and the search engine is pretty poor.

Earlier in the week, I ordered just a single small part (I hate doing that because of the shipping, but did) and ponied up for the higher shipping so I could get it quickly for the weekend. Today, the wrong part arrived in the mail inside a bag that had the right part number on it and the invoice correctly identified the part and part number I had ordered. It seems to me that something is going on at FCP, and it isn't good. I have ordered parts from them for over twelve years, and found them as reliable as my Volvo, until now.
Is it just me- or are others seeing what I am?
