960 (or 940 SE) Lights on a 93+ 940? 900 1994

Hello -

Does anyone know if the glass headlight (and plastic fog lights) from a 1991 940 SE or a 1992 960 will transfer to a 1994 940 without fogs? My plastic fantastic units are not the best at night time illumination.

At the JY, I spent some time looking at the 960s' units, and the these pieces do not appear to share the same parts as the 940s with fogs. The post below has a picture of the parts needed to convert 'true' 940 without fogs to a 940 with fogs (or do an ecode upgrade). The 960 units (and the 940 SE) did not have similar parts and the headlight/foglight assembly sat in a single plastic carrier - I did not see any air guide or a bracket that looked similar to those shown.

If its a easy transfer, the 940 SE at the yard had some nice glass headlights (and fairly yellow fogs) and I'd like to throw them on my car.

Also, if anyone lives in the Indy area, the 1992 960 had a tan interior and unmolested door pockets. I think the carpet glued to the pockets must add a fair bit of strength over the bare plastic pockets in a 940.
