ABS fuse location 900 1991

'91 940SE. Don't seem to find the 10 amp fuse that goes on the ABS relay next to the ABS controller, actually, can't find the relay or the controller! The info in the FAQ says it's on the left side by the steering column under the dash, but other sources say it's on the "right, (pass) side forward of the door on the 960s, and as the '91 SE is supposed to be more of a 960... Anyway, I don't see it on either side. Any info will be helpful.
