I got it all fixed. The hinges were bent up, but a little heat from the torch helped me get them straightened out. The hood was a tiny bit distorted so that it was about 1/2 inch too wide. I used a ratcheting tie down to put bend the hood inward while I tapped the hood support brace with a body hammer.

It's actually better than it was before.
