B20B No Start ... 140-160 1971

It's a new Bosch (made in Brazil?) Blue ignition coil. Plugs are Bosch W200T35 as per the manual. I'll check the wiring when I get home and report back. Is it possible that a weak battery could be the problem? The battery is old and I haven't checked the voltage. It runs the starter though, and I am getting spark at all 4 plugs.
