No Spark - Problem Analysis 200

Thanks for all the responses.

Here is a review of possible problem causes.

Power Amp/Ignition Module
This can overheat and fail, working again when cool. A very likely candidate for the failure since I do not remember putting thermal paste on the heat sink some 3-4 years ago... But I swapped in a NIB power amp and still no spark. What if the NIB power amp is no good...

Ignition Wire Short
Possible wire short in harness that expands when hot. But my 91 may not have an ignition wire running under the crank.

Fuel Pump Relay
Bad relay may cause no spark. Maybe the relay is bad and heat has nothing to do with the problem. I will install a new relay.

Things I've tested recently and do not think are the no spark cause.
New CPS
ECU working.
Coil working.
No engine compartment fuse on the 91.

So I will install a new power amp with thermal paste, install a new fuel pump relay and inspect whatever wires I find running under the crank.

Have I missed anything?
Any other suggestions?
