Happy Independence Day in America!

Are the front Cam and intermediate seals identical on my B230F Regina? Im in process of replacing timing belt, seals, covers, pump. etc.. I forgot to order the intermediate seal. Can I use the cam seal there today to move forward with this project then later, tomorrow perhaps get another cam seal and do that last?
While searching an online parts seller they noted that these 2 seals are interchangeable. Just need to check here with the Experts ;)
