Air conditioner problem '93 940 900

Ok-Something is up with my AC system.

Air from the AC vent has been getting warmer in the last month or so, and the blower fan would shut off from time to time for a minute or so, then will start up again.

Took a look in the engine compartment today, and I noticed that ..

-the electric cooling was not running.
-the compressor would disengage every few minutes (blower fan would shut off at the same time).
-the compressor seemed to have a blow-off valve of some kind. Wasn't looking, but I swear there was a blow-off of something coming from the AC compressor.

I did reflowed the climate control board last year. The AC wasn't working before I did it, and worked great until now.

Hopefully it's a simple solution.

Paul
