Chrome Body molding clip removal access 1800 1966

Wow, I'm stalled in my restoration! I managed to get the chrome off by prying it off the clips but realize I'll have to unscrew the clips, put them back on the chrome molding and screw in tight. I cannot figure out how to access the clips going from the door seam forward, especially 2 and 3 and also 1. Where is the access point? The wheel well seems to have some bolts but whatever panel is there doesn't look like it would unscrew off to provide access up to the clips to unscrew them. Is there another way in? I got off the first 4 screws going in from the headlight but the remaining 3 have me stumped!!! Thank you in advance! Help!
