'89 240 intermittent no start 200 1989

To get access to the fuel ecu, lift up the sill cover (black plastic you step on) on the passenger's front doorway. Peel the flexible molding from the front of the doorway so you can remove the plastic panel which is just to the right of your passenger's feet. You'll need a #2 phillips (on an 89) to release it from the bracket. Push on the spring to release the connector.
