EV6 injectors - anybody updated from EV1s? 200 1989

My car: '89 244 D cam LH2.4.

I would like to upgrade to the later technology 4 hole orifice injectors versus the single pintle style original injectors for increased efficiency, improved idle with the D cam and improved ethanol compatibility though we only have E10 available around here. EV6 injectors to replace EV1 style. Has anybody tried this and what were the results? What part number Bosch injectors did you use for an N/A red block? I would just like to get a 2-3 mpg increase in mpg and cleaner burning even with 100% gasoline which is what I buy when I am near a station that offers it. Any experiences we can discuss?
