Steering wheel left turn slight bump 700 1990

When I turn to the left only and at slow speed I get a slight bump, slight give, feels like about an 1/8" play at some point in the steering wheel. It feels in the steering wheel or close to the steering wheel linkages rather than down at the rack or the bushings. It makes a small but audible bump sound. The steering is good and all my tie rods and bushings have recently been replaced. Same with my struts they are new.

Never happens to the right.

I know this is hard to determine but I thought I would ask the forum maybe there is something someone knows about.

Thanks,

Dean
