940 Cluster / Gauge Interchangeability 900

Hello. My car is Volvo 1994 940 non turbo with 270,000 miles . My speedometer has gone bad - sometimes it works but sometimes is dead. If I rap on cluster sometimes that gets it going again. Took it apart to clean off corrosion. Wasn't much. While taking it apart I foolishly broke temp gauge needle off.

I have read & re-read here on Brickboard about interchangeability but still remain unsure & confused.

I have located a 1995 960 cluster(# 9148628 is marked on it). Will this work on my 1994 940 ? If not then will speedo gauge & temp gauge from it work in my cluster ?

Any & all help / advice / info about this is greatly appreciated and I thank you .
