stalling, barely iddling, running lean 200 1992

Our '92 240 with automatic transmission continues to have idling/stalling issues...here's what's been done to the car so far:

new sparkplug wires (ignition coil wire was arcing)
new pressure regulator
new coolant temperature sensor
new mass airflow meter
checked air intake hose
cleaned air control valve
cleaned throttle body
checked both fuel pumps, ok
check o2 sensor

We had it towed to one of the local Volvo mechanics and in 5 days he wasn't able to troubleshoot it, had it towed back home. We're a step away from selling it BUT would like to give it one more shot...HELP! Thanks in advance.
