does this describe a faltering ignition control module 200

facts:

1992 automatic 240 wagon
40 psi at the rail. know good main pump, known good in tank pump new filter
new cap, rotor, plug wires and plugs
known good crank sensor
known good tps and iac
good coil
timing spot on
runs strong
grounds attached and good
fpr's swapped with no postive effect


symptoms:

sporadically the engine will not start. sporadically when it starts which is most of the time it will stall after 5 or 10 minutes and then not start for a bit. but always restarting within half hour or less. this stalling has not yet happened when the car was driving down the road.
