'89 wagon

Usually I like to check things out first before asking for help but it is not convenient at the moment.

With the blower on there is no air movement from the defroster outlets at any time. Button in, button out...nothing.

The floor outlets are exactly the opposite. There is air movement at all times regardles of button position.

I replaced the blower motor last October. Everything was fine through the winter. Now this.

What am I looking for?
