exhausted 200 1990

So, my exhaust is springing a leak right where the cat pipe meets the front muffler. Looks like they waited a while and reused the cat a few times more. Anyways, looking at the rest of the system it also looks rustified. Now, I'm wondering what to do? Obviously replace the cat. In a perfect world I'd like to do the whole system. I probably should. Maybe a metal wraparound with clamps, until I can slowly pile up the pieces?...
But I also have the Calif. edition with EGR.. I'm having a hard time finding a front pipe online made for EGR's... Or it's mislabeled on the websites? (FCP, eEuro) Any advice? Dealership time? I've heard brickboarders say OEM Volvo dealership is the way to go. My wallet might disagree. Any other thoughts? BTW, I plan on keeping her for the long haul.
Thanks, Bork v.3
