GOT IT!!!!
The neighbors have faith in my small engine abilities once again. : )
The new in the box, Brand Name coil was NG.
Got another new coil and all is well.

More and more, new parts are not dependable...Quality takes the back seat to cheap and the Mission Statement of " Just make it get past the warranty period"
