AW70 to M47 swap hit a snag... Help!! 200

Alright, I've been doing a little research on this and this is what I've determined.

The automatic transmission doesn't use a "pilot bearing" in the crankshaft.....it used a solid "pilot bushing", this bushing is held in the crankshaft by the flexplate.

To convert to a standard transmission (M46?) you need to remove this solid bushing and relace it with a "pilot bearing".
You will have to find (purchase?) a snapring (wire circlip) to hold this "pilot bearing in place, since the auto transmission didn't use one.

That's what I found....I hope that it's correct.
