There are many types of windshield washer nozzles that can be made to fit the hole in the hood and all will work well.

The only painless A/C installation I can think of is a beautiful Swedish honey seated next to me blowing sultrily over a cup of ice in my direction while I am driving.

Currently there are no made to fit A/C installation kits for older Volvos. I have sold several sets with parts from several sources with the customer buying all or some of the parts from us.
