Help with 760 Turbo - excess crankcase pressure 700 1989

I recently bought my 760 turbo wagon back from the guy I sold it to... it is not in nearly as good of shape anymore. It barely runs.. no power, some black smoke.

The plugs are fouling with oil.. I have excess crankcase pressure (oil fill cap dances, I can feel pressure coming out) and I'm guessing this is blowing oil through the turbocharger.

Flame trap is clear and I have intake manifold vacuum.
Did a compression test and read 150, 150, 160, 165 with a cold engine.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?
