No personal experience with this shop but Klaus on FWD recommends Quality Coaches as an honest & reliable indie shop. Good enough for Klaus, good enough for me!
Snow tires? Likely a good idea as I`ve driven thru some Minn/Wisconsin snow storms(blizzards). I`ve used Nokian on several Volvo`s with good success.....kinda` pricey but when you need `em, you need `em! Everbody has a favourite snow tire. Good luck!
