Heater Hose Inside Diameter ?? 900

Hello again. 1994 Volvo 940 non turbo. After determining that heater control valve was leaking(probably a crack)I want to bypass it. I(as suggested by Spook)want to bypass heater/control valve altogether via hose from metal tube exiting water pump that goes toward rear of engine to engine block. Question is what is inside diameter & is it same both ends ??? Assume hose has to take maybe 20PSI pressure and maybe 200 degrees farenheit heat. Thanks.
