abs light on, fuse location? 97 960 900

Thanks for the responses. I was aware of the fusebox in the cabin, but I was wondering if there was another fuse. I read something about a transient surge protector? Apparently this blows frequently if the car is jump started. If the fusebox number 12 is all there is to it, I guess I am out of luck.

I came to think there was another fuse based on these:

but again, not my model/year so it probably doesn't apply. Is there any other quick checks/known problems when an abs light is lit all the time (even after battery discharge)?
