Exhaust manifold gaskets 200 1984

This is a job that I might tackle this weekend, assuming I can get the parts from the Volvo dealership in town.

I've got one broken bolt on the exhaust manifold, and I believe a leak (tick tick tick, puf puf puf, extra exhaust smell from the front...).

I'm planning to put a good amount of this WD40 rust thing on there.

But anyway, the main question is this: in order to pull the exhaust manifold to change the gaskets as well as remove that broken stud (I believe a part of it is still sticking out of the head since it broke closer to the nut, it may be soft though), will I need to also separate the manifold from the header pip down there? (In which case I might need to buy extra stuff, like a gasket for that?).

I just want to be prepared.

Thanks!
