Gear selector rod shifted towards driver side 200 1991

91 VOLVO 240, the gear selector rod shifted towards driver side(away from neutral safety switch). when I change my gear from park to any gear, the knob on neutral safety switch does not move because no connection between neutral safety switch and the gear selector rod. When gear on reverse, no reverse tail light. Gear selector rod is not bent.

Motor mounts(left, right) and transmission mount were replaced.

Is there any way to move gear selector rod in original position.

Thanks.
