after 13 years, its about time to replace the fuel pump. i would suggest paying more for an OEM pump and having a mechanic do it. you pay more on the front end, but it will cost less that if you got a crappy pump and have to replace it again really soon. also get that filter replaced. i bet its got a couple decades of crud built up. heres a hint for the in-tank pump. if you fold the back seat forward you should find a hatch on the deck beneath the seat. pull that hatch off and you can access the pump without dropping the tank. i hope this helps.
