Update #2 700

So I ended up with another no start in the driveway. Checked the connections on the main fuel pump and the bottom one pulled out without needing to be released. The top one needed work to relaease. Hit all sides with DeOxit and tightened up the connections a tiny bit with a precision screwdriver. Still no start. I did try long enough to be sure that fuel pressure would be there. Pump sounds louder/more like normal I think.
So I wiggle the connections at the coil and swap the two black relays. Silly car starts right up! I had also wiggles some small connectors to ground at the front of each fender.
The two black relays are both original (dated 90). Thinking I will replace one or both and work on more grounds.

The passenger side relay on the coolant reservoir is the radio suppression relay correct? What does the other do? I can't find a diagram that lists these but remember seeing one at one point.

Other ideas?

Thanks,
Sean
