AW70 transmission- 2nd to 3rd shift point 700 1988

The AW70 transmission in my '88 745 wagon seems to be shifting from 2nd to 3rd at higher speed than it should. I'm sure it used to shift around 50-55 kmh (30 mph) but now it doesn't shift until I'm up to 60 kmh. I have: 1) adjusted the kick down cable (to the point of being slack), 2) checked that the cable is not seized, 3) and I can hear the click from the transmission when I pull and release the cable. I still can't make it shift at a lower speed. Does anyone know what the "factory setting" was for this transmission? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
