Flasher & turn signal relay 120-130

Hello All,

Sorry for the silly question, but I have to ask...

Flasher relay -is it behind the flasher unit in the dash?
There really for the turn signal-is that the one on the side neat the clutch and brake reservoir? I looking at and old photocopy of the wiring diagram for ym chassis number and it doesn't show a blue wire going to the relay under the hood, but I have one that is not connected, and taped to the harness. I know the signals and flasher were working two years ago- before the car sat.

I contacted the original owner her said he never messed with the wiring as he never had to. Neither did I until it came back from paint!
