93, 940 Volvo Cold Starting Problem 900 1993

Hi everyone,

1993 Volvo 940 was starting and running fine. It sat in the garage idle for a week while waiting for IPD Ate Front Rotors. Discounted the negative terminal, replaced the rotors, jacked up the car completely, bled all calipers however, the engine does not start now. I would appreciate your thoughts and any tips you may have.

Regards,
Habib
