Electrical issues 140-160 1973

Hello all,
My 73 144 has a few electrical problems. Battery, alt and voltage regulator are all new. "brake failure" light is permanently on (even though my brakes are brand new...), parking brake light goes on and off when it wants to (sometimes it goes out when i put the headlights on), AMP light comes on one day, goes off the next day. The green turn signal indicator on the dash works sometimes but the blinkers always work, and lastly, I have no interior dash/console lights except for the gear shifter. *sigh*. I know it's a lot but I was wondering if anybody had any ideas as to where to start..?
TIA
