Left caster is zero - strut incorrect? 200

I had an alignment and the caster is 0-degrees on the left and 2-degrees on the right (should be 4-degrees each). The car drives fine (a little light steering). Sure enough, the wheel base is 103.25-inches on the left and 103.6-inches on the right. Does anyone know if installing a strut wrong can cause this?

I ask because I saw in a 760 Green book that struts one way give 5-degrees caster but installed wrong can give 3-degrees. (I don't have a 240 green book.) The strut tops certainly look asymmetrical in the tower openings (like the wrong 760 example) but I assume this is to set camber. Is camber adjustment the purpose of the three notches on the tower plate?

Thanks,

Tom
