getting main fuel pump line to not leak

Thanks for your input aleekat.

I have been running a separate thread on the 200 series forum and have come around to this line of thought as well. Bulletproof suggested I get some proper Volvo copper gaskets as well, which I will do. Before I make another stab at it I will check the surfaces of the banjo and sand off any irregularities.

I agree with you that the advice given on these forums is invaluable. Without it I would have a much harder time maintaining this old car. I will get back to this thread and the other if I am successful at getting the pump back into place.
