Instrument Cluster lights after fixing odometer 200 1990

I repaired my odometer, had to take cluster in and out a couple of times. Last install, odometer repair successful, but now, weirdly, I have 2 lights lit:

SRS light.

Bulb Warning Light

I checked all bulbs, including number plate lights, none are out, brake lights all work. These lights were not on prior to taking the cluster out to work on the odometer.

Several searches haven't really pinpointed the problem.

Any ideas out there?

I tried disconnecting the battery for an hour

I tried the suggested SRS reset method by grounding SRS thing to the cig lighter.

neither worked.
