hello david,
i swapped my 86 a/c system to a 92.

i replaced just about everything. i wanted to use the larger evaporator and use the gm style a/c set up.

it was a big undertaking. i wrote up the procedures to some extent here.

i see that you already got into it. it made a significant difference in cooling.
