Has anybody seen a step by step tuneup guide for the earlier model B23 engines? My car has not been really set up for quite some time now and it is back firing occasionally on start up.

It still runs okay once up to speed but I thought I would like to give it a good go over. Plugs are fairly new and so are plug wires but the fuel system hasn't been gone over in quite some time.

Not being a professional mechanic I do need a some basic advice on dealing with the injectors, etc.
