Installing a master cylinder (#87694) with adapter and brakeline 444-544

My 63 is getting a new master cylinder and upon recommendation, it is not the direct replacement (#663468) but the older M/C used on the 444 and 544 up to 1961 (#87694). It is a direct bolt in replacement but needs the longer mounting bolts which I have and it also requires an adapter lid (#AD15) with brake line (#663467) that I also have.

I may have a mechanic who is familiar with the newer OEM master cylinder but with this new setup, I'm a little worried they won't know what to do with this adapted setup. Can someone provide me with some guidance as to what I should tell the mechanic? Are there any schematics available? I'm not really a gearhead so this is outside my comfort zone.

Thanks for any help.
