940 blowing wiper/horn/seat fuse sporadically. Any experience? 900 1993

Hi,
I've got a 93 940 wagon that has blow the fuse for the wiper/horn/power seats twice in about 6 weeks. (I'm discussing the windshield, not the rear wiper.) I almost never use the horn or adjust the seat. Wiper was used sporadically during those weeks but not much. I have no pattern of when they blow- I just try to use the wiper and it won't go. It could have blown just then or have done it days before.

Any experience with a problem like this?
