Removing my 544's nose - AND - putting it back. What problems will I run in to? 444-544 1964

It is time to take the nose off Beetlebomb. I hope to refurb his front end.

I doubt if he will ever be more than a driver and I want to bring him closer to the car he once was.

What issues have you had if you took the nose off your 554?
