Hmm.. can't get front hub off, ?? 200

Bummer. Puller is a piece of crap. You can flip the arm around and use the other end. However, after tightening it so it has pressure, use a hammer to tap the hub. If it moves, tighten the puller again, tap again, repeat...

Also, heating the hub should cause it to expand a bit and help it come loose. Watch for flames though as the grease may catch fire.
